Please take advantage of the options to prepay your student's meal accounts. Prepaid meal accounts help the lunch lines go faster and gives students more time to eat, relax, and play. It also gives you the peace of mind of not having to worry about looking for lunch money every day or worry that it might get lost, stolen or used for other things other than lunch.
Fast, easy, convenient, and a secure way to pay for school meals. Using the internet, parents/guardians can keep track of their child's meal balance and deposit additional funds when necessary, at any time. This site offers an automated system that notifies parents/guardians by e-mail when their child's meal account balance falls below an amount set by the parent/guardian. Please note that there is a convenience fee of $2.60 per transaction for using a credit or debit card.

With the passage of SB250 Burbank Unified School District will no longer offer an alternate meal to students who are unable to pay. The Food Service Department will extend credit to students who are short of funds for nutrition and lunch only. Sales of nutrient compliant snacks will still require cash payments when a student's meal account balance is zero or negative.
Use of Meal Account for Purchases:
All students have a Personal Identification Number (PIN) which is used for identification purposes by the school site and the Food Service Department. The Food Service Department uses this number to keep a record of a student’s meal account. We will feed any student who requests a meal and charge their student meal account if they do not have sufficient funds. Parents are responsible for reimbursing the Food Service Department for those meals and amounts are payable to the cafeteria or the Food Service office in cash, or by using a credit/debit card online at the following website: https://Family.TitanK12.com.
All students are able to purchase nutritionally compliant snack items using the funds available in their meal accounts subject to available funds on their account. Elementary Snack Nutritional Information
To restrict use of the student meal account for program meal purchase or to restrict the purchase of snack (a la carte) items please download the Student Account Restriction Form, fill out, sign and return to the Food Service Department.
PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REIMBURSING THE FOOD SERVICE OFFICE FOR ANY MEALS CHARGED TO YOUR STUDENT’S ACCOUNT UNLESS THIS FORM IS SIGNED AND ON FILE WITH THE FOOD SERVICE OFFICE.

Claim for Refund:
School lunch funds transfer with the student from one school to another within the District. Upon leaving the Burbank Unified School District you may request a refund of the positive balance on your child's account, transfer the balance to a sibling or donate the balance to the Food Service Department. Please print out, sign and return the Claim For Refund form to:

Check processing typically takes 4 - 6 weeks from the time we receive the form in our office. We're sorry but we cannot accept faxed or emailed forms. Original signature is required.
Titan School Solutions online payments are a simple, safe and secure way to make payments to your students account 24 hours a day at your convenience. To sign up you will need the first and last name, as well as birth date, of the student as recorded in the school office.
You can always bring money personally or send it with your student. Please place it in an envelope marked clearly with your student's name, their ID #, their teacher's name and the $ amount. Turn in prepaid deposits to the cafeteria cashier(s) or school office.
If you choose to bring cash to school personally or send it with your student, please put it in an envelope clearly marked with the student's first and last name, their ID #, their teacher's name, and the amount enclosed.
